This year during 13th “Dębica for Dębica” Festivities, which will be held on Saturday, 29 August at the stadium of Wisłok Sports Club the following bands will give performance: De Mono and the bands that won the ”Dębica for Dębica” Young Bands’ Review called ”Sound Skirmish in Dębica”. These include: Via Rei, Joke, Pigs Like Pigeons and Jackknife. The musicians were invited by the organizers of the Festivities i.e. Tire Company Dębica S.A. and Goodyear Dunlop Tires Polska to give their performances. The Festivities will start at  2.30 p.m.
 

During the Festivities there will be also plenty of other attractions. One of the highlights of 13th “Dębica for Dębica” Festivities will be ”Dębica Yesterday and Today” photo exhibition with several dozen photographs. They are the output of photographic workshops prepared for the charges of three Dębica-based organizations supporting the needy and the disabled. The workshops were organized jointly with the Polish Association of Professional Photographers as well as with the lecturers and photography teachers. The photo exhibition compares contemporary and archival photographs, documents changes that happened to Dębica landscape in the last several decades. The photo exhibition was created on the occasion of 70th anniversary of Tire Company Dębica S.A. foundation, celebrated this year. Following the Festivities photographs will be displayed to the general public at the Dębica market square until 7 September this year.
 

Each year the Festivities host the leading stars of the Polish show-business. This year will be alike. At 8.00 p.m. De Mono band, one of the most popular Polish bands for more than 20 years, will play a concert. De Mono band is known for such mega hits as ”To love in a different way", “You are with me again", “Ships in the sky", “My city at night", “Let’s stay alone” and many others. There are very few people in Poland who do not know the voice of Andrzej Krzywy, the band’s vocalist.
 

Prior to De Mono concert the prize winners of the ”Dębica for Dębica” Young Bands’ Review called ”Sound Skirmish in Dębica” will give performances. Already at 4.00 p.m. the performance will be given by Jackknife, to be followed at 4.50 p.m. by Via Rei, a reggae and jazz band, the winner of the Review. Then at 5.45 p.m. the audience will be able to admire Pigs Like Pigeons, overwhelming with charisma and rock pertness, to be followed at 6.40 p.m. by Joke band that captured the hearts of the audience with its energetic performance during the final concert at the Review on 20 August this year at the Community Center of Tire Company Dębica S.A.
 

According to the tradition the fun will start for children first. After 2.30 p.m. a stage performance will be given by Mr. Tick-Tock. There will be also plenty of contests and competitions, a funfair and other attractions for children and adults. The whole event will be crowned with a spectacular fireworks display.
 

Like in the previous year, at the foot of the stage a special section for the disabled will be created. Consequently they will be able to admire the performance of Festivities’ stars in comfort.

The 70th anniversary of T.C. Dębica S.A. foundation is also given a lot of coverage by radio stations thanks to amateur radio operators from Dębica. From 20th August to 20th October this year the Dębica Communications Club, a member of the Polish Association of Amateur Radio Operators, informs the radio communication lovers all over Poland about the jubilee of tire company.
