On February 3, 2004 in the registered office of the Warsaw Stock Exchange the editorial office of the Parkiet daily, a bourse gazette, awarded already for the tenth time the "Bull and Bear" awards. T.C. Dębica S.A. was distinguished as the best investment into an underlying company in the WIG 20 index in 2003.
The ranking of the "Rzeczpospolita" daily that covered 240 Polish brands, Dębica stood out significantly in the tire business, leaving competitors behind in every category and winning competition with brands from other industries, which surprised experts. The tires made by Tire Company Dębica S.A. belong to the category of most frequently recommended products as "good purchase", which is evidenced by 2nd position in the reference category and 15th position in brand loyalty category. The customers are ready to recommend Dębica tires to their families and friends because they know that they offer the best value for money. This is reflected by the ranking of the most frequently selected brands (7th position), which provides evidence for strong market position of Dębica in its product category. Given the brand power, which is a relation between brand strength and company size, Dębica was classified in 12th position. In the analysis of brand strength, Dębica brand's market position was compared with competitive brands and Dębica scored 60.8 points out of 100 total score and was ranked on 13th position. In the ranking of 150 most valuable Polish brands Dębica came on 20th place (in this category the following indicators were considered: net sales revenues, maximum licensing fee in a certain industry, brand strength, income tax rate, sales growth index and discount rate).
In the ranking of Polish brands published by the "Wprost" weekly Dębica came on 37th place out of 100 Polish businesses. The brand ranking was developed on the grounds of a survey run by Pentor public opinion polling center that assessed 225 Polish and foreign brands. The survey focused on the consumers' responses concerned with brand knowledge and quality of products bearing the brand and on the sympathy expressed by respondents for a certain brand.
The British organization "Superbrands", being an authority in the field of branding, which confirms uniqueness of the brand in the eyes of customers classified Dębica in the group of several dozen strongest Polish and foreign brands. The ranking covered 1200 brands present in the Polish market.
In 2004 the editorial office of the Super Nowości daily published already for the third time "List of Top 100 Businesses in the Subcarpathian Region". T.C. Dębica S.A. was ranked in 2nd position in the category of sales revenues, 1st position in the category of net profit, 1st position in the category of export sales in value terms and 3rd position in the category of headcount level. In the category "Exporter of the Year" Tire Company Dębica S.A. is unrivalled leader in the Subcarpathian Province.
