The "Merit for Debica City" title is granted to people or institutions, which by their activities have contributed to promotion and development of the City. Tire Company Dębica S.A. was granted this distinction as the largest employer of the Dębica district and the company supporting number of local social life improvement initiatives and also actively supporting organizations of public benefit. In congratulation note was written: " Through the years the Company permanently became a part of Debica's history by participation, among others, in constructions of housing estates, schools, cultural and sport facilities(.) The currently used name of the Company - "Dębica" is the best form of promotion, and thanks to it the City name is recognized all over the world".
