Ireneusz Maksymiuk (appointed as Chairman of the Management Board), born in 1966. University education, Master degree holder in economics. A graduate of Foreign Trade Department of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw. He began his career in September 1991 at the auditing firm Moore Stephens Sp. z o.o. in the audit department working on various projects in Poland and the United Kingdom. From 1994 to 1999, he held various positions in the financial departments of large domestic and international companies. From October 1999 to February 2011 at Sara Lee Group as Finance Director - Member of the Board of Directors of Sara Lee H&BC Poland, also in various financial positions in Central Europe and Russia. From March 2011 to June 2014, CFO - Member of the Management Board of Goodyear Russia LLC. In July 2014, he became the Finance Director for Poland and Ukraine and a Member of the Management Board of Goodyear Dunlop Tires Polska Sp. z o.o. Currently, he holds the position of Finance Director for the Europe East region, holding functions in the Goodyear Group companies. In 2014 he was appointed a Member of the Board of Tire Company Dębica S.A.

Marko Nahtigal, Born in Kranj Slovenia 1970. Joined Goodyear in Slovenia, in Sava plant as an operator in wire cutter department. In 2007 joined Continuous Improvement (CI) organization as CI specialist implementing manual kanban system. In 2010 he took responsibilities of manager in Final Finishing  Department and in 2011 he became the Business Team Manager.  In 2014 he managed Plant Optimization implementation in Sava. In 2016 Marko took the position of Plant Manager in Sava and in 2017 he became a Goodyear Plant Manager in Fulda, Germany. In 2019 he returned to Sava plant as Plant Manager. Since June 2022 Marko takes the position of Plant Manager in Dębica plant.  

Anna Winiarska-Miśkowiec - born in 1982 a legal counsel, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Rzeszów, an English philologist, a graduate of the Faculty of Philology at the Jagiellonian University. She completed post-graduate studies in the field of personal data protection and legally protected information at the University of Management and Banking in Krakow, and then obtained the certificates of an expert on information privacy protection in Europe and a manager for the protection of information privacy issued by the International Association of Privacy Professionals. She started her professional career in 2010 as a specialist in the legal department, providing legal services to companies from the Goodyear group located in Poland and Ukraine. From 2015 to 2018, she worked in Goodyear as the Legal Counsel for Central Europe, and from 2018 she is the Legal Counsel for Europe East region.
