Tire Company Dębica S.A. Business Leader in the Subcarpathian Region
Dębica-based tire maker recognized as top company in the region in the economic strength category.
Tire Company Dębica S.A. won the Business Award of the Subcarpathian Business Club. In the annual poll the Dębica-based tire maker won competition in three categories. The Company took first place in the economic strength category, it is also the leader in the export activity and social activity categories.

The Company took first place in the economic strength category, it is also the leader in the export activity and social activity categories.
Then in another three categories the Company was classified in top six companies. In addition to the victory in the major category i.e. economic strength, T.C. Dębica S.A. took the third place in the amount of tax paid category. The Company won also a distinction for the size of charity and sponsoring donations exceeding PLN 100 thousand. Tire Company Dębica S.A. would have taken the first place in the export activity category, if not Competition Rules under which the company may not be awarded in the category in which it won in the previous year. However, T.C. Dębica S.A. is still the leader in the export activity category.
- The economic strength of our Company is a result of long-term strategy and measures taken to mitigate crisis impacts on the automotive business – says Jacek Pryczek, the President of Management Board of Tire Company Dębica S.A. - The success would have not been possible, if not the commitment of Company personnel. The award of the Subcarpathian Business Club is a distinction for the personnel responsible for production and sales of our tires - adds J. Pryczek.
Based on filed questionnaires, the Award Committee evaluated the competing companies. While evaluating the applications the Award Committee considered only and exclusively economic ratios including but not limited to financial result, sales revenues, average headcount level, donations for social purposes or amount of tax paid. The Companies were divided into three categories: small business, mid-size business and large corporations. The five-member Award Committee included but was not limited to the experts of Rzeszów School of Business.
Last year in the poll carried out by the Subcarpathian Business Club the Company was ranked amongst top three companies in the export activity category. It also took twice the second place in the following categories: economic strength and amount of tax paid.
