Warsaw, 25th February 2008 – Today, Tire Company Dębica S.A. presented its investors with a forecast of its financial performance, under which in 2008 the Company plans to generate PLN 90 million of net profit, i.e. one third more than last year.

“We do believe that our projections of sales revenues, operating profit, and gross and net profit is in the interest of all our shareholders. This belief was reinforced in me by last week’s meeting with the analysts on our performance in Q4,” said Jacek Pryczek, the President of the Management Board of Tire Company Dębica S.A.

“While preparing the forecast we have used widely available macroeconomic assumptions on GDP growth, inflation rate, unemployment rate, and information contained in our business plan. However, in business something unexpected may always happen, driven by industry developments or an economic slump. Should there be any material changes regarding our forecast, we will inform our shareholders and the market.”

In 2008 the Company forecasts the following performance:

• Net sales revenues: PLN 1 616 million
• Operating profit: PLN 119 million
• Gross profit: PLN 111 million
• Net profit: PLN 90 million.
