Dębica, 4 May 2009 – Tire Company Dębica S.A. appointed Stanisław Cieszkowski to the position of Production Director, a long-term employee of the company. For the last couple of years he was in charge of manufacturing process at other Goodyear plants in Slovenia and Republic of South Africa. On 12 May this year the Supervisory Board of Tire Company Dębica S.A. will examine a request of the President of Management Board to appoint Stanisław Cieszkowski to the position of Management Board Member in charge of production. He will replace Jeffrey Smith who assumed a position of Production Director at Goodyear plant in Amiens, northern France.

In the 2001-2006 period Stanisław Cieszkowski was already the Production Director of T.C. Dębica S.A. Then from February 2006 to November 2007 he was Production Director at Sava Tires Slovenia, and from November 2007 to April 2009 – Production Director of Goodyear plant in Uitenhage, the Republic of South Africa.

Practically speaking all his professional career was connected with Dębica and tire business. He moved to Dębica as a graduate of Chemistry Faculty at the Rzeszów University of Technology in 1980.His career he started in the position of a foreman at the Compound Manufacturing Plant where he was subsequently promoted to higher positions: senior foreman, Departmental Manager, Plant Manager of the Compound Manufacturing Plant, Production Manager for Farm Tires, Head of Production and finally to the position of Production Director.

Stanisław Cieszkowski is 55 years old. His wife Halina is also a chemical engineer.
