The exhibition prepared by the Museum of Collegium Maius at Jagiellonian University in Cracow is the first educational undertaking of this kind in Poland. The total number of visitors reached 200 thousand.

The subject of the exhibition to which admission is free covers four topics: "In the World of Waves", "Between Bit and Abacus", "To Measure Time " and "Angles in the Sky and on the Earth". An innovative presentation method stirs creative thinking of visitors, because the exhibition consists of models that have to be handled by the visitor himself in compliance with instructions given.
The exhibition comprises 40 thematic stands. "In the World of Waves" section raised various aspects of wave movement . Special attention should be paid to the exhibit that allows to draw an image of human voice. The shape of figures created depends on the voice pitch and volume.

The "Between Bit and Abacus" section is fully devoted to the computational methods and instruments, starting from abacus, through counter, Napier dice - early instrument for multiplication, and ending up with computer shown from inside. The visitors may test a device crucial in this section of exhibition that allows to understand how the binary system works, which is the operational basis for all computers. At this exhibition stand one may also convert a figure expressed in decimal system into a figure expressed in binary system.
