Already for the second time Tire Company Dębica S.A. came on 1st place in the category the largest exporter in the Subcarpathian Province in the List of Top 100 Businesses in the Subcarpathian Province. Similarly to the previous year Tire Company Dębica S.A. came on 2nd place in the category of net sales revenues.
Tire Company Dębica S.A. along with other two companies was nominated to the Economic Award of the President of the Republic of Poland Aleksander Kwaśniewski in the category "Exporter". The nominees received the awards on June 9, 2003 at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Zdzisław Chabowski, the President of T.C. Dębica S.A. Management Board collected the nomination from Aleksander Kwaśniewski, the President of the Republic of Poland.
At the "Convention Fornitori 2003", an annual global meeting of Fiat Auto suppliers that was held in Torino on November 19, 2003 T.C. Dębica S.A. was awarded "Qualitas 2003" prize. The prize is awarded to the best suppliers that guarantee the highest level of quality in all areas of co-operation. Fiat Auto - giving the nomination to Dębica - examined not only the quality of products supplied, but also evaluated logistics service, commercial service, level of products supplied and their competitiveness as well as innovativeness and co-operation in the area of implementation of new solutions, understanding of Fiat quality standards and philosophy.
On January 16, 2003Tire Company Dębica S.A. won a prestigious award "For the highest rate of return of an underlying company in the WIG20 index in 2002".In 2002 the rate of return of capital invested into shares in T.C. Dębica S.A. was 51.6%. The WSE awards are recognized as the most outstanding distinction for listed companies.
Tire Company Dębica S.A. came on 5th place in the ranking called "Listed Company of the Year", carried out by "Pentor" Research International that was commissioned by the Puls Biznesu daily. The selection was made by 150 specialists - stock exchange analysts, investment advisers and brokers.202 companies listed at the WSE were assessed.
